Keeping You Connected.
No call-out fees
According to research the most common cause of damage to mobile phones and other small display screen devices in the UK is people dropping them in the toilet (around a fifth of us do this at some stage apparently), or the bath. Others may inadvertently drive the car over their device or accidently drop a mobile phone out of the car window. Another culprit is the family dog – it seems our furry friends enjoy biting down on their owners’ mobiles and tablets. We’ve even heard of device damage caused by DIY escapades, like hammering, drilling or pouring paint over the phone.
Whatever type of damage your mobile phone or portable smart device suffers – or if it is simply malfunctioning for no apparent reason – you’ll be lost without it, whether you rely on it just for personal connectivity or need it to keep connected business-wise.
When your electronic device needs repairs there isn’t time to dilly dally – it’s an emergency situation that can disrupt our lives and business in all sorts of ways.
That’s when you need the PC Hospital Surgeons. We come to you anywhere in or around Calne, Chippenham, Swindon, Marlborough, Warminster, Malmesbury, Salisbury, Amesbury, Tidworth and Andover. There’s no call-out fee, and if we can’t fix your phone or tablet you won’t pay a penny.
On The Spot Repairs
We provide quick and convenient mobile device repairs on the spot at your home or business premises anywhere across north Wiltshire.
We can fix all sorts of physical problems suffered by your phone or tablet, including water damage, broken screens, worn out batteries and damaged charging ports. If repairs are going to be complex, we can take the device in to our repair shop and return it to you – often on the same day – but most repairs can be carried out immediately.
We troubleshoot and cure SIM card issues on Android tablets and phones, or Apple iPhones and iPads, like sudden network disconnections, error messages, connectivity issues, and problems with messaging or calling.
We’re also experts in identifying and eradicating malicious software or viruses that may be infecting your smartphone or tablet and making sure that your device – which obviously holds a wealth of personal information and data – is safe and secure from these kinds of threats.
If the phone or tablet is too badly damaged or defective to repair cost-effectively you can trust us to be honest and tell you so – in which case, there will be no charge for our diagnosis.
optimise your mobile
We all use our portable devices constantly in our daily round, from when your mobile rings the alarm to wake us in the morning. Without a little care and consideration its not surprising that smartphones and tablets get overworked and overwhelmed, resulting in poor performance and malfunctioning.
You can help keep your mobile and “mini-computer” tablets healthy and happy just by taking the time to optimise them, improving performance, speed and battery life.
Some tips we’re happy to share are:
If you need help with any performance issues on your phone or tablet, or guidance on how to get the best out of your device, we’ll be happy to help. We’re available during working hours every weekday (8am to 6pm), on Saturdays (9am to 1pm) and Sundays by appointment if you have an emergency.
