Quick and professional service for a reasonable price, helped me troubleshoot an issue with a custom built Gaming PC. Once identified, quick part swap and all is good! 🙂

My gaming PC crashed, and then failed to boot. I couldn't even do a back-up install, as the PC couldn't find Windows 11 any more. I didn't know if the failure was with the motherboard, or one of the SSD drives. Rather than guess, I contacted the PC Hospital for help. The repair specialist, named Darren, contacted me the next day, explained how he would go about resolving the issue, and the basic cost involved, without any replacement parts included. He picked up the dead PC the following day, and promised to keep me informed of the situation. Once he told me it was an SSD which had failed, he then went into great detail, about what my options were in replacing it. Once the new SSD arrived, he did the installation, along with Windows 11, and also managed to salvage a lot of files from the broken SSD. I was very happy with the all round service I received from Darren at PC Hospital, and will definitely use them again, if needed in the future.

Darren was able to visit me soon after contacting him about my laptop issue and got me going in a matter of minutes. Great service.

I was very impressed with the friendly and efficient and very reasonably priced service. All the data I required was successfully transferred from my old computer to the new, and the new computer was linked to my printer successfully. The old items were removed at my request. Service was speedy and understanding of my particular needs and requests. No problems or complaints!
